James spent more than 35 years working with the founder of the IUE founder, who also happens to be his late father, Dr. James R. Omps. They worked together developing and fine-tuning the discipline of entreprenology. He is also the co-founder and chief strategist that was involved in the creation of the World Association of Visioneers and Entreprenologists (WAVE) in 1991.Actively working to take both organizations beyond the physical boundaries of the United States, he has traveled extensively in his bid to create greater visibility for the institution.

Dr. Dennis Hughey
With a strong background in quality assurance, Dennis gained his expertise in the quality section of the prestigious Cadillac Division of corporate giant General Motors. After retiring, Dennis started Alliance Registrar LLC, a company known for training and certifying quality auditors. He brings a thorough understanding of business and entrepreneurship to his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Haji Zulkifly Baharom
Haji Zul – as he is known to his many friends - has spent a lifetime in management, finance and Islamic finance in particular. A past President of the Malaysia Chapter of the Asian Institute of Management Alumni Association, he also served as the CEO of the Malaysian Institute of Management located in Kuala Lumpur. He is also an advisor to the Othman Yeop Abdullah (OYA) Graduate School of Business at the Universiti Utara Malaysia where he meets regularly with the faculty of the school. A dynamic force in his own right, Haji Zul is well known throughout the ASEAN Region.

Dr. A. J. Meenai
Dr. A. J. Meenai is both the newest and youngest member of the Board of Directors. Serving the IUE from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Dr. Meenai brings a strength of experience in both elementary and secondary education and training, as well as a depth of hands-on experience in marketing and sales. A self-proclaimed “Digital Millennial,” A.J. (being born on the dividing-line or “cusp,” if you will), claims membership in “Gen-Y” as well. In addition, Dr. Meenai brings a wealth of experience as an internationally skilled motivational speaker with him.
